Four of the six variable-system examples still fed the Builder's removed
MAX_COMBINATIONS / ALL_COMBINATIONS outputs into preview nodes, so they would
have loaded with those links dropped.
They were missed earlier because the two that had already been converted stored
the output names in upper case while these four used lower case, and the search
that found them was case-sensitive.
