Anonymzx 3a6917e82c Bump version to 1.3.6 and add ComfyUI Registry publish workflow ...

- Sync __version__ in __init__.py and pyproject.toml to 1.3.6.
- Add .github/workflows/publish_action.yml using
  Comfy-Org/publish-node-action@main. Triggers on push to main
  that touches pyproject.toml, or manual workflow_dispatch.
  Reads REGISTRY_ACCESS_TOKEN from repo secrets.

After this lands on main, set the secret at
https://github.com/Anonymzx/BangtrixToolkit/settings/secrets/actions
(name: REGISTRY_ACCESS_TOKEN, value: API key from
https://registry.comfy.org/nodes). Subsequent version bumps in
pyproject.toml will auto-publish and ComfyUI Manager will show
"Update" instead of "Reinstall".
