# String to Base64 Converter

Converts a string to its Base64 representation.

## Parameters

- **text**: The string to convert.
- **encoding_format**: The character encoding to use for the conversion. Defaults to `utf-8`.
- **other_encoding_format**: A custom encoding format to use if `Other` is selected for `encoding_format`.
