Dariusz L	d614c454ef	feat(file-manager): make open-containing-folder cross-platform ... Replace the Windows-only Explorer behavior with a host-file-manager implementation that supports Windows, macOS, and Linux. The endpoint now validates input, handles frontend backslash paths on POSIX, returns structured errors, and reports the launcher/platform.
