- Propagate additional workflow fields (key, signature, tab info) to
  getDownloadHistoryFolderContext and queued missing model lookups
- Add remove button UI and removeDownloadHistoryEntry handler for
  individual download history entries
- Allow switching back to workflow from download history context menu
  alongside existing queue-download switch action
- Fix eligibility checks so folder and workflow context menu items
  render correctly for download history scope
