Wrap download controls in a new .ml-download-actions container and introduce compact button variants (.ml-btn-sm, .ml-btn-download-main, .ml-btn-download-side, .ml-btn-link-compact) and adjusted icon-only sizes for consistent button sizing. Minor HTML tweaks to download block and match buttons (added compact class on link buttons). Adjust tab active background and shadowing to use theme variable and softer shadows. Remove the inline CivitAI API-key note and add a subtle header bottom border.
