Dariusz L 9d3f18f288 refactor: consolidate refreshMissingListRow into shared method ...

Remove duplicated refreshMissingListRowForMissing and
refreshMissingListRowLocalMatch implementations, replacing them
with a single refreshMissingListRow method in missingBrowserMethods.
Also strip unnecessary BOM from imports.
