Dariusz L baa8849fa4 fix: improve floating subfolder list positioning and scroll behavior ...

- Remove fixed max-height constraints from folder browser scroll container
- Calculate available height dynamically based on viewport space
- Account for container chrome (borders, padding) and child elements when setting scroll max-height
- Use clampNumber for popup positioning to keep it within viewport bounds
- Ignore scroll events originating from within the list to prevent jittery repositioning
- Add box-sizing: border-box to folder browser for consistent sizing
