Dariusz L c9d83f6fe1 Remove scrollbar-gutter: stable from resolver pane ...

The stable scrollbar-gutter was preventing natural layout behavior
in scrollable container by always reserving space for the scrollbar.
Removing it lets the pane use standard overflow-y behavior.
