BrekelandClaude Opus 5 099e0ffa8e CI: fail publish workflow early when the registry token is missing 
The last run died with "Option '--token' requires an argument." and exit
code 2, because secrets.REGISTRY_ACCESS_TOKEN expanded to an empty string
and comfy-cli saw --token with nothing after it. Adds a preflight step that
checks the secret and emits an actionable ::error:: instead.
