Bump 1.3.1 -> 1.4.0 so the registry picks up NeuralBooruLLM /
NeuralBooruValidator and the delegation refactor. Also complete
NeuralBooruLLM's widgets_values in AI_Anime_split.json with the optional
timeout/api_key/on_error entries, matching the full-list convention the
combined node's workflow uses (positional restore stays aligned when
future inputs are appended).
