Manually register Flow-Wrangler (#3142), minimax-h3-latent (#3151), buqi-minimax-h3-multigpu (#3158), H3-Continuum (#3159) — their PRs conflicted on the list tail after the batch merges. buqi-minimax-h3-multigpu description trimmed to English-only (author's zh restatement dropped, §4.7-D desc policy).
