Subject: [PATCH 3/4] Point at the nodes' own repository

The nodes moved out of open-h3-ir and into ComfyUI-OpenH3-IR, so a clone of
the old one now brings a Python package with no nodes in it.

Also four nodes rather than three, and the description says what the fourth one
does.

Subject: [PATCH 4/4] Nothing to start: the pack brings the compiler with it

The entry still told people to run a service. The nodes run the compiler inside
ComfyUI's own Python now, and requirements.txt pulls it from PyPI, so the only
thing a user needs is a model endpoint.
