Subject: [PATCH] chore(release): 1.3.0 with the Model Resolution Picker

- PR #108 changed pyproject.toml without bumping the version, so the
  registry publish on main failed with "The node version already exists".
- Bump to 1.3.0 (new node, route and override file) and add the release
  notes to CHANGELOG.md and the README.
