Subject: [PATCH] fix(annotations): coverage floors for the Tag dialog round

Floors for the new images-favorites.mjs and images-tagging.mjs, and the
measured raises of image-tagging-state.mjs and image-tagging.mjs.
activity-scan.mjs keeps main's floors.
