Subject: [PATCH] docs(testing): record the Rescan feedback, Source-bound
 folders and category sort

The Images contract now names the Rescan toasts and busy state (D15),
the Folder list that follows Source and the no-op unchanged refinement
(D14), and the page-side category sort (D36).
