Vito Sansevero 10e5e0b711 refactor(inspector): name prompt actions as PR #263 does ...

The title option keeps its name, default and output ("Copy positive prompt:
<title>") and now uses #263's actionName helper; the region-name arrow no
longer shadows the title option.
