Bump to 3.3.0: new features (worker threads, background scans, tag autocomplete, infinite scrolling, video prompt scanning) and API contract changes (POST-only side-effect routes, relative image paths, paginated search) go beyond a patch release. README: changelog entries for 3.2.4 and 3.3.0, refreshed bulk scanning, gallery settings, search, configuration and testing sections, and the roadmap's recently-completed list.
