Vito Sansevero 3228824161 fix: bound page sizes on list endpoints ...

/search, /recent and /images/recent share parse_page_params: limit is
clamped to [1, MAX_PAGE_LIMIT=500], offset to >= 0, and non-integer
values answer 400 instead of 500. /search now honours offset and all
three return a pagination block with the effective limit and offset.
