Vito Sansevero d892650daf Merge branch 'feat/331-collections-pr2' into feat/331-collections-pr3 ...

Brings in #332 PR 3 (#428) through PR 2. Both added a suggestions list to
openInputDialog: main's (#332) is kept, with its own datalist id
(workspace-input-suggestions) and the secondary action, and Add to collection
uses it; the branch's duplicate check and datalist are dropped. The selection
bar takes both option sets; the inspector and Images concept specs keep both
features' mapped deviations (D139 Collections…, D146 chip origin) and tests.
