Vito a4a7b7129a test(monitor): the sealed-reference test runs on case-insensitive folders (#476) (#479) ...

The test made both output/dataset and output/Dataset, which fails with
FileExistsError on Windows and default macOS. It now probes the output
folder at runtime: a case-sensitive one still gets two real files joined by
the folded key; on a case-insensitive one history's spelling already names
the watcher's file, so only the spellings differ. Same assertions, no skip.
