The scan stores realpath spellings and the monitor the watcher's raw path, so a file reached through a symlinked or junction output folder could get a second generated_images row. file_link_rows now queries the path and its realpath (each normalized and raw) and dedupes by row id. TESTING.md notes the reverse order is matched only when the raw spelling is the realpath.
