Vito Sansevero 780961dd34 fix(images): rating sort works however many link rows the database holds ...

The filter SELECT counted every generated_images row against a 500,000
row cap and materialized all of them first, so a large history made
sort=rating answer 400 with nothing to narrow. The rows are now streamed
and only paths in the listing's normalized set are kept, so memory is
bounded by the listing; the cap and LinkFilterTooBroad are gone.
