Vito Sansevero c8c6c8967a refactor(db): drop the unused pair title from the link summary query ...

_link_summary has not read the pair's own title since the card took the
linked positive's Library title (D10), so the query no longer selects
it; the row indexes and the stale comment are updated. All values stay
bound.

Failing before: the summary SQL still selected pp.title.
