Vito eff6ece6a4 test(autotag): hide installed ML backends from the autotag tests (#485) ...

Five autotag tests assumed onnxruntime and llama_cpp were absent and
failed in a venv that has them. The import check now runs in a fresh
interpreter, and the missing-package tests hide onnxruntime with a
None sys.modules entry, so they pass with or without the packages.

Closes #472
