Vito Sansevero f2f40b80e8 feat(tagging): saved instructions with a default per engine (#431) ...

System > Auto-tagging gets Saved instructions (D203): Built-in first and
read-only, saved entries with New, Duplicate and Delete, and a default for
GGUF and for HuggingFace JoyCaption. A template saved by an older version
becomes "Custom template", the default for both engines, in memory at
load; the next save that touches either key writes the list. Every such
save also mirrors the GGUF default into the old template key (deleted when
it is Built-in) so a downgrade keeps working. The batch review names the
engine's default (D205). The legacy blank-prompt fallbacks and
default_prompt read the engine's default.
