- Add README.md with installation guide, model download instructions, and node reference
- Add Apache-2.0 LICENSE
- Add .gitignore to exclude sensitive configs, __pycache__, model weights
- Add requirements.txt with all dependencies
- Add example workflow in workflows/
- Remove tracked __pycache__, .DS_Store, and internal config files
