feat: section presets for Models and LoRAs, CLIP weight array UI
Section Presets:
- Add generic /configbuilder/section_presets endpoint (GET/POST with
?section=models|loras|prompts query param)
- Add preset dropdown (Load/Save/Delete) to Models and LoRAs section
headers in Builder UI
- Models presets save: models list, text_encoders, clip_type
- LoRAs presets save: loras list, weight_arrays, strength_lock
CLIP Weight Array UI:
- Add "+ Compare CLIP" button below CLIP strength slider when strength
lock is disabled, mirroring the existing model strength array button
- Stores CLIP arrays in lora_weight_arrays[name_clip]
