feat: dashboard — Florence2 Hi-Res Fix mode in Upscale Image modal
Adds the same Florence2 mode + 12-field sub-panel to the dashboard's per-image
Upscale modal that already exists in the Builder UI's upscaling section. Both
modals now feed identical step.florence2 sub-objects to upscale_runner.py's
mode='florence2_hires' dispatch (wired in Phase 5).
Changes mirror the Builder UI work:
- _defaultFlorence2Options() helper
- florence2: {...} in createDefaultStep() + ensureStepFields() migration
- 'Florence2 Hi-Res Fix' option in mode dropdown
- showFlorence2 flag + showHires gate update
- Upscale Ratios / Tiled Sampling / Tiled VAE hidden for florence2 mode
- 12-field sub-panel (model, text_input, output_mask_select, target_megapixels,
crop_padding, grow_expand, feather L/T/R/B, model_source, on_no_detection)
- Combos counter treats florence2 as 1-per-input (no cartesian)
Version bump 1.22.0 -> 1.22.1 (additive change, no breaking).
