Jason HokuandClaude Opus 4.6 bc8e2d05cf fix: initialize preset array before async fetch, add save logging ...

presetSelect._presets was undefined if save was clicked before the
async fetch completed. Now initialized to [] immediately. Added
console logging to debug preset save/load flow.
