- web/conf_builder/conf-builder-config-management.js: step 0.25 -> 0.01
  (was too coarse, matches the dashboard upscale modal renderer)
- resources/logic_upscale_modal.js: remove 2 debug console.log calls
  left in the Florence2 Input MP onChange handler
