Forge Neo moved parse_prompt_attention from modules.prompt_parser to
backend.text_processing.parsing, causing dtg.py and tipo.py to fail during
script loading.
Keep the existing import as the primary path and fall back only when it raises
ImportError. This preserves the current path for Original Forge and reForge
while restoring script loading on Forge Neo 2.29.1.
Verified GGUF prompt generation and image generation on Forge Neo after the
fallback was applied.
