Use ComfyUI's current dynamic loading semantics to avoid pinning errors and severe slowdowns. Preserve mixed full-weight and LoRA adapters while allowing loaded models to be reused across runs.

Fix AsymFlow VRAM predictor for pixel-space input
...
The Flux2-inherited memory_usage_factor was calibrated for /8 latent
input. AsymFlux2 receives full-resolution pixel input (1:1, 3-ch), so at
the same image res `area * factor` overestimated VRAM by ~16x and forced
full-offload on cards that easily fit the model. Restore Flux2's factor
and override memory_required to rebase shapes to /8 latent-equivalent.
