Subject: [PATCH] fix: Update dependency requirements to avoid conflicts

  - Removed specific version requirements for numpy and Pillow
  - Added comments explaining dependency management approach
  - Updated pyproject.toml to be consistent with requirements.txt
  - Fixed compatibility issues with ComfyUI Manager installation
