Development moved to the Into The Latent org. Adds a "repo has moved"
banner linking to the new repo, states plainly that this one is frozen at
v1.6.1 and gets no further updates, and notes the AI2Go* -> ITL* node ID
change so users know the two packs coexist rather than replace each other.
