The unanchored `tools/` pattern matched that directory at any depth, stripping the ExifTool/FFProbe adapters out of published packages and causing ModuleNotFoundError at startup. Anchored to /tools/ so only the root-level dev-scripts folder is excluded. Bump to 2.5.3.
