Paul Alesius 7cdcfceda9 Remove check_llama_cpp_requirements(), add requirements.txt 
Installing dependencies at runtime will override locally compiled packages, which it did for me with flash-attn. The dependencies will be installed anyway when installing through comfyui-manager.
