feat: picker Local tab lists LM checkpoints + embeddings (#3)
- searchLocalModels over loras/checkpoints/embeddings w/ kind chips
- weight box only for weighted kinds; failed + truncated kinds surfaced
- page_size honest at LM's 100 clamp, reads total for truncation note
- pending-hash checkpoints get remediation tooltip (LM hashes lazily)
- send fuzzy_search (LM renamed fuzzy); synthetic sha-seeded e2e fixtures
- fixture edits purge LM model cache; scan gate pins exact sidecar sha
