- run-tests.yml: dev-only trigger, no approval gate
- pr-gate.yml: new PR gate workflow
- Remove promote-results.yml (handled by pr-gate)
- Add gallery preview image to README
- Bump comfy-env 0.1.91→0.1.92, comfy-3d-viewers 0.2.17→0.2.23
