Subject: [PATCH] Add pyproject.toml and GitHub Actions workflow for publishing

- Created pyproject.toml to define project metadata for comfyui-qbug-batch, including name, description, version, and repository URL.
- Added GitHub Actions workflow file for automated publishing processes.
