Add MiniMax Hailuo 2.3 models and provider settings

- Add minimax:4@1 (MiniMax Hailuo 2.3) and minimax:4@2 (MiniMax Hailuo 2.3 Fast)
- Add MiniMax provider settings with promptOptimizer option
- Remove unnecessary import in videoInference.py
- Add MiniMax workflow
