- Supports VIDEO and AUDIO inputs from ComfyUI load nodes
- Handles ComfyUI VideoFromFile objects properly

- Added proper error handling and debug logging
- Applied consistent Runware node styling

- Add to node mappings and frontend configuration
- Provide comprehensive Vidu video generation control
