Alex Furer 5657a67209 v0.3.4 - Fix stale MIT license references ...

package.json, the JS header comment, and README's license link all
still said MIT after the project switched to GPL-3.0 in v0.3.0. Now
consistent with the actual LICENSE file (GPL-3.0-or-later). Also fixed
two typos in CHANGELOG.md.
