Astroboy abaf9dad6a Fixing the equation on the "slice_w" value 
The equation was wrong; it should be simply the opposite.

This will help to crop image with the right sizes. Solves the problem mentioned here: https://github.com/ali-vilab/ACE_plus/issues/90
