The Sage Utils API reference has been moved to the OKF bundle.

See okf/architecture/api.md for the current canonical API documentation, including provider status, model listing, generation, streaming, vision, presets, and system prompt endpoints.

This file now serves as a backward-compatible pointer to the structured okf/ documentation.
