This concept records Phase 2 of the Sage Utils implementation, focused on logger migration and improved diagnostics.

Completed work

• Migrated core utilities from raw print() statements to the Sage Utils logger.
• Updated utils/helpers.py, utils/model_info.py, utils/helpers_civitai.py, and utils/llm_wrapper.py.
• Established consistent logger initialization via from .logger import get_logger.
• Replaced 22+ print statements with appropriate log levels.
• Converted 26 logging calls to SageUtils logger calls for consistent formatting and hierarchy.
