AUDIO-1: shorten pyproject description to fit PyPI 512-char summary limit

PyPI upload of v1.1.0 returned HTTP 400 because the Summary field
(derived from pyproject.toml's [project].description) exceeded PyPI's
512-char hard limit. Shortened from ~614 to 462 bytes, preserving the
essentials:
  - both node names + status (image stable, WAV alpha)
  - what they do (POST + sign-on-arrival + signed copy back)
  - prompt moderation + the plaintext-opt-in disclosure
  - explicit alpha note: audio-content moderation not yet covered
  - pointer to the README for the longer framing

The full alpha framing remains in README.md, which is the long-
description field on PyPI (no length limit).

Node code (arc_save.py, arc_save_audio.py) and __init__.py are
byte-untouched — this is a metadata-only change.

description = "Sign-on-arrival save nodes for ArcVelvetOS. ARC Save (stable, image) and ARC Save Audio (alpha, WAV) POST the encoded media to the ArcVelvet arcIngest API and write the C2PA-signed copy returned by the server. The unsigned bytes never touch disk. Prompt moderation runs server-side: prompts are scanned in-flight for minor-safety violations and discarded on pass; plaintext prompts never enter the public C2PA manifest unless you opt in. Audio-content moderation (transcript scanning, voice-clone detection) is NOT yet covered — the audio node is alpha/testing-appropriate, not cleared for a public audio push."
