+As of time of writing (Nov 28, 2023), I noticed the following differences:
+1. this extension allows to undo/redo after cloning, which appears to not be yet supported in the default implementation; 
+2. some actions not captured by this extension are captured in the default implementation;
+3. this extension will clean the undo/redo history when loading a new workflow (this grants no advantage whatsoever in workflow recoverability, is just a personal preference)
