xuminglong 6d315e7dc1 add use_global_model for JoyCaption2. 
Avoid the problem of multiple nodes loading each time when the model is the same and the problem of GPU memory release.

Mara Robin B. 1b8f5183c0 load sam_hq to cpu if cuda is unavailable 
fixes RuntimeError: Attempting to deserialize object on a CUDA device but torch.cuda.is_available() is False. If you are running on a CPU-only machine, please use torch.load with map_location=torch.device('cpu') to map your storages to the CPU.
