dimtoneff 08a343bfc4 - PixelArtDetectorConverter: separated the quantization methods from reducing methods 
- Fixed the dithering in PixelArtDetectorConverter
- Added more dynamic widget show/hide logic in the PixelArtDetectorConverter widget
- Moved all workflows to the example_workflows directory
